STEP 1 – INFORMATION GATHERING & 50% Deposit

You submit a 50% deposit and all project details such as: photos, text, logos, etc. We accept credit/debit card payment via Paypal.com

Scanning / Image Prep
If you provide hard copies, we will scan your original photographs for an additional $1 per scan. If you supply digital files instead, our designers will take care of things such as re-sizing, cropping, and converting from RGB color mode to CMYK. If you need additional services such as retouching, multiple silhouettes, or a custom illustration, it usually cost $50-$75.

Typesetting / Proofreading
If you supplied hard copies, we will typeset your job and proofread it. If you sent us a digital text file, we will run spell check.

STEP 2 – DESIGN

We review all of your materials and get started on the design. Sometimes may use images from our stock library, or textures and effects to enhance your package design.

Sending Proofs
Once the design is created, a draft is emailed to you for review as a high resolution PDF file with the words “PROOF.” Please keep in mind that final artwork may vary slightly from what you see on your own monitor but will meet our high standards for quality.

Changes
If you have design tweaks, text changes, or are looking for something different, no worries! Our designers will get right on it. Corrections should be typed out and emailed or faxed to your Project Manager.

STEP 3 – APPROVAL & FINAL PAYMENT

Take time to look over your proofs carefully. If you are completely satisfied, we’ll provide the high resolution CMYK & RGB files for you to submit to your printer via email (PDF, PSD, PNG).
